IGS GeboJagema is the first company in Europe with a new 5-axis Makino D200Z,
delivered with integrated robot. This fully automated and robotized cell is another step
towards IGS 4.0 – The Factory of the Future:

• The new 5-axis Makino D200Z High Speed Milling machine will be commissioned at
  IGS end of August
• The integrated Compact Robot of Erowa enables a 24/7 production schedule on this
  new process
• Closed loop planning: The logistic department will remotely control the planning of
  the machine, so the operator is no longer able to influence the logistic output of
  the machine
• The Compact Robot of Erowa is foreseen to feed two Makino machines. IGS
  GeboJagema is aiming to have the second machine up and running in 2018
