IGS Case Study 96 Well Plate Mould

During the K Fair 2025, we’ve launched a new wellplate project together with our partners Engel, Günther Heisskanaltechnik, Contura and Meusburger. When it comes to wellplates for the medical sector, the highest standards of precision, dimensional accuracy and flawless surface quality are essential, even the smallest deviations can compromise laboratory functionality. The challenge lies in producing a large number of identical cavities with consistent filling, stable processes and short cycle times.

The is precisely where the joint project comes in, combining expertise and cutting-edge technology from all areas of the injection moulding process. Have a look at our dedicated wellplate website.
