From a young boy experimenting with molds in his garage to Chief Innovation Officer shaping the strategic direction of IGS, Rob’s story is one of lifelong passion transformed into exceptional leadership. His journey truly embodies the spirit of innovation: continuous learning, fearless building, and inspiring others through knowledge, humility, and unwavering dedication.

While Rob may be the face of this achievement, the real driving force is the combined brilliance and teamwork of the whole engineering department. Their work has now been recognized with an official international award, well deserved!
