How we work
Our optical expertise is supported by our uniquely equipped workshop, which features laser interferometers, profilometers, 3D microscopes, coordinate measuring machines and a robot polishing department. Through long-standing partnerships with metrology labs and diamond point turning companies, we are able to achieve tolerances that are unheard of in plastic. We can reduce the cavity-to-cavity variation in high cavitation moulds to nanometres. The result: products with a shot-to-shot variation down to a few microns.
