Our customers are global OEM’s and CMO’s which are active in the market segments Healthcare, Packaging and Optical. In these segments we distinguish ourselves with our fully automated production process, our engineering capabilities and our extensive validation capabilities. More than 90% of our tools are exported outside the Netherlands, of which about half is exported to the USA.

Milling Machine Operator

In this role, you are responsible for performing various machining tasks using CNC milling machines. Additionally, you are tasked with verifying that preceding operations and your own machining activities are carried out in accordance with the specified guidelines.

The activities listed are examples and may not be exhaustive or sometimes overly detailed. Individual agreements will be documented during goal-setting discussions.

CNC Milling (II)

CNC (Computer Numerical Control) milling is a machining technique where material is processed using rotating tools (milling cutters). Your responsibilities include:

• Operating multiple CNC machines using your own programs.
• Producing both single and series parts based on technical drawings.
• Ensuring the quality of the mold, milling machines, and tools.
• Programming CNC machines for various molds or their components.
• Translating drawings into your computer programs.
• Inspecting completed operations (incoming inspection).
• Identifying deviations and ambiguities.
• Inspecting your own work according to measurement reports.
• Mentoring Junior Millers.

Safety

Understanding and adhering to safety procedures. Examples of activities include:

• Compliance with safety regulations.
• Properly using tools and machines.
• Reporting unsafe situations to management.
• Addressing colleagues regarding unsafe situations.
• Complying with laws and regulations related to safety, occupational health, and the environment.

Job requirements

• Technical Education
• 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience
• Reading technical drawings
• General Safety Requirements
• G-code knowledge is required.
