About the Role:

The Program Manager owns execution, delivery, and customer communication for active programs. This role manages work‑in‑process, finished goods, schedules, and mold validation activities while serving as the primary customer contact during execution. The Program Manager ensures programs are completed on time, meet quality and validation requirements, and align with customer expectations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Execution Management

  • Manage customer programs from release through completion and delivery
  • Track and coordinate WIP across all manufacturing operations
  • Manage priorities and schedules in alignment with operations
  • Identify execution risks and drive resolution

Mold Validation Coordination

  • Coordinate mold validations, including trial planning and execution
  • Ensure validation requirements (IQ/OQ/PQ or customer‑specific) are met
  • Track validation results, corrective actions, and documentation
  • Communicate validation progress and outcomes to customers

Customer Communication

  • Serve as the primary customer contact during execution
  • Provide regular status updates on progress, risks, and delivery timing
  • Support customer meetings and program reviews

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Execute programs within the routing framework defined by Work Preparation
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production leadership
  • Maintain accurate program documentation and status reporting

You collaborate effectively with engineering, quality, and production leaders to drive programs to successfil completion. You take ownership of program documentation and status reporting, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely communication.

 

What you bring to IGS/What we expect from you:

  • 3+ years in program or project management within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of shop‑floor operations and production flow
  • Experience managing multiple active programs
  • Customer‑facing communication experience
