About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and safety‑minded Warehouse & Logistics Associate to support daily material handling, shipping/receiving, inventory control, and local deliveries. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to safely operate a company work truck for pickups and deliveries.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials, components, and equipment.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, and paperwork.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Move materials using pallet jacks, carts, forklifts (if certified), or manual handling.
• Stage materials for production, toolroom, and maintenance teams.
• Safely drive the company work truck for local deliveries and pickups.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections (fluids, lights, tires, safety equipment).
• Load and secure cargo to ensure safe transport.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and route documentation.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy.

 

Who are you?
You are a detail-oriented team player with experience using ERP or inventory software and a strong understanding of warehouse manufacturing environments. You either hold a valid forklift cetrification or are willing to obtain one to safely support daily material handling operations. You are dependable, organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced toolroom.

 

What you bring to IGS/What we expect from you:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• Experience driving work trucks or pickup trucks in a professional setting.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle materials safely.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

 

Nice to have knowledge of:

• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience with ERP or inventory software.
• Familiarity with manufacturing or toolroom environments.
